How to get referred to Care ADHD

1. Complete the ASRS-v1.1 screening test.
2. Book a GP appointment and say: "I'd like an NHS Right to Choose referral to Care ADHD."
3. Hand the GP a referral letter naming Care ADHD (we generate one in your pack).
4. If your GP refuses without a clinical reason, escalate via PALS using the letter in your pack.
