We collect the following information when you use our service:
Your symptom responses are special category health data under UK GDPR Article 9. We process this data on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)). You give this consent at the start of the process by ticking the consent box. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Your data is used solely to generate your five personalised documents. It is not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or sold. Your symptom responses are sent to the Lovable AI Gateway (ai.gateway.lovable.dev), which routes the request to Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash model to generate your documents. Symptom responses are transmitted securely to our AI provider solely to generate your documents.
If you request our free GP appointment checklist, we collect your email address to send it. We store this with the source of your request. You will receive no further emails unless you make a purchase. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your session data, including symptom responses and generated documents, is automatically deleted 30 days after creation. You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@myadhdreferral.co.uk.

We use only essential session cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your data is stored in our secure backend, hosted on EU infrastructure. Access is restricted at the database level. Your session is accessible only via a unique token issued at the time of your payment.
