Our mission

Adult ADHD assessments on the standard NHS pathway can take three to seven years. Right to Choose is a legal right that cuts that to months — but the paperwork, scripts, and the right letters to bring to a GP appointment are a maze of forum threads, outdated PDFs, and ICB-specific quirks.

We built MyADHDReferral so any adult in England can get a complete, evidence-based, GP-ready referral pack in ten minutes — without paying for a private assessment.

Who built this

We're a small UK team — a clinician, a designer, and a developer — who watched friends and family wait years for an assessment that should have taken months. Every document in the pack is reviewed against current NHS Right to Choose guidance and the WHO ASRS-v1.1 screening tool.

What we don't do

• We don't diagnose ADHD — only an NHS-commissioned clinician can.
• We don't replace your GP — we give you the documents to bring to them.
• We don't store your data forever — everything is deleted after 30 days.
• We don't sell subscriptions, upsell, or share your data with third parties.
